After strip down and rust repair, body gets epoxy primerd

Chassis and suspension Rebuild

Front suspension being assembled with all new components

New leather gaiters installed

Wilwood disc brake upgrade installed on powder coated chassis

re-porcelained exhaust manifolds on "C" Type head

New Cloth wiring harness

Rebuilt and new electrical componets

Five Speed Tremec Gearbox in

Aluminum flywheel was installed with new borg & Beck clutch for faster reving. 5th gear in trans is .073 ratio overdrive

Outside on four wheels

Inner fenders and Brakes

Body brackets are shimed, new stainless steel exhaust mounted. All body supports, bumper brackets, etc. powder coated. New shocks installed

Engine in Place

Carbs rebuilt all hardware cad or nickel plated

Doors and windows coming together

Frames all re-chromed with new tempered side and vent glass installed with new moulded rubber. Window winders rebuilt

Engine Bay almost Completed

New alloy radiator installed with original "stockinet" finish hoses and "Cheeny" hose clamps. Proper date coded Lucas electricals all in. New aluminum core radiator now installed

Dash and Gauges installed

All gauges rebuilt, new floor boards in, all rechromed trim pieces installed.

New windshield glasses installed with re-plated chrome trims, what a job!
